Order our food around 6:40 pm to not receive it til 8:15 pm. Over an hour and half later, with being advised after calling at 7:50 pm I'll order was on the way and living no more than 5 minutes away. The food was ice cold. After waiting for the manager to give us a call that didnt happen. We wanted to be refunded and the food to picked back up that was at 8:30 pm. We call @ 9:30 pm and was told driver was on their way. It's now 10:44 pm no driver or refunded. It will be return in the morning.

So I placed the order online for delivery at 5:40 and had an estimated arrival time of 6:35-6:45. I called at 6:55 and the guy who answered was kind of rude and told me the driver left 10 minutes ago. Well my house is not nearly 10 minutes away from the place. Then another half hour goes by I try to call again but someone picks up the phone and then leaves it lying somewhere because I can hear people in the background talking. The food ends up arriving at like 7:20. The pizza was inedible, completely burnt on the bottom, and yet cold too. I was rather impressed by how badly they screwed up the pizza actually. There were wings that were decent and mega fries that were sub-par at best. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

On 2 separate occasions something was missing from my order. Today I called to let them know that my order was incomplete(after spending most of my linch break to pick it up) the guy who answered said he was sending over someone to drop it off. Well after 45 minutes no one came. I called and said that I wanted a refund. I had to leave my job to go pick it up. Its very unfortunate that this happened on more than one occasion I enjoyed their food, but i refuse to give my money to a business that continuously messes up my orser and when they try to fix is by having someone bring me items that falls through as well. Poorly handled very dissatisfied

I was so happy to see this restaurant in my neighborhood. I ordered often at work from their Bustleton Ave. store.nI happily ordered from this new store and it was disaster from the beginning. I clearly gave my correct address, yet, the food was sent to an address in Jenkintown. Every order something was missing and they never gave me my reciept until I requested it. That same day, as I was giving my cc info. I recieved an alert to my phone to let me know the transaction was made. They charged my card $6 extra. I told the person who took my order. He said people always report that problem, the register would correct itself that evening and I'd get my money back. Sent screen shot of the alert to my phone and a pic of the receipt and order slip. Waiting for the owner to correct this as per the manager. This was an intentional over charge with a bogus excuse. Pay attention, get a receipt. I am done with this restaurant. Oh, and I was charged for coleslaw when i ordered two cheesesteak platters. Platters come with fries and cole slaw. I was told no the menu changed. So, I paid 3.25 extra for platter and extra for cokeslaw. Menu came with meal...menu says coleslaw included on platters. Smh.
