Great place, good food.

Tito's is now two for two on bad experiences and we won't be returning. Once the service was horrible, but because my partner and I are familiar with the food industry and big on supporting local businesses, we gave it another shot yesterday. We chalked up the first experience to the fact that our first attempt was last year during art on the green and it was chaotic. Yesterday, however, we were the only patrons in the establishment. The server was nice and kindly narrowed down our options by recommending one of two dishes for each of us. She recommended the chicken marsala based on the fact that the mash potatoes are supposedly exceptional. My partner, who was attracted to the dish by that very fact, took the recommendation. When they brought the dish... No mashed potatoes. My food arrived at the same time and we were both starving. They served her dish over noodles stating that they were out of mashed potatoes. IN IDAHO.nWe believe in posting expectational reviews. We rarely post a bad review. They should have asked if my partner wanted to change her order in light of the fact that they were out of the portion of the dish the recommendation was based on. They could have discounted or bill to reflect the fact that they decided to make that decision on their own. They had no other customers, and the blatant lack of care and concern for the happiness of diners was appalling. The kitchen could have said something and the server could have reflected the error, even slightly, on the bill. Just to acknowledge that this was not a good course of action. I was noticably upset and no one cared to even attempt to amend the situation.nNever again. Thanks for charging us a stupid amount of money for a meal that was not close to worth it. Twice.

Stopped by on a busy Saturday night. We got seated at the bar right away. The bartenders make really good drinks. We ordered a chicken garlic pizza and shrimp Alfredo. Both were delicious. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this place if you are looking for great Italian food.

Absolutely loved this place, went with my wife and daughter and loved everything about it. Greeted immediately by Michelle (I Think, bartender/server) and she was fantastic! Got there before they got very busy and we were amazed at how well she was bouncing between table service and mixing fantastic drinks at the bar, all with a great attitude and smile you could see through her mask. Fantastic food, great drinks and even better service! Will most definitely be back

The food is amazing. The staff is courtesy and knowledgeable. I recommend the pita appetizer and the BBQ ribs. The desserts are fantastic so save room ;-)
