I frequent this marvelous place many times since I love the special air that is characterizes this restaurant. The personel is exceptionally attentive and well trained. The service is extraordinarily fast. Needless to say, the food they serve is great. I came often and I was always happy. The rate is fair. I recommend this place to to all.
I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I like how their customer service is always awesome and they keep the spot neat regularly. Pricing is reasonable and they serve sizeable portions.
Food is really good here. Service could use a bit of work. I give the benefit of the doubt that they hire students for their customer service. The last time I've ordered pick up, I witnessed front counter workers not being attentive to my order and more concerned about their side convos. As result, I waited over 30 minutes extra for my order that was confirmed ready for pick up. Only for my order to be near the front counter associate the entire time. I'll give it a solid 3.5.
Worst experience ever. This place is absolutely filthy the management is terrible. I order pizza and it was cold and at least day old and reheated.
Usually order from them and the service was good, but the last few times haven’t been so great. This last time my delivery order took almost 3 hours to arrive. Just lost a loyal customer, and will spread the word about the poor service. Correction, I thought my order was on the way, but it never actually arrived. The location said they closed and couldn’t do anything about the lost order. I spoke to the owner, and all I received was an apology. Businesses like these do not deserve to do business in our community.
