I love the place. The food is delicious. It’s one of my go to when ordering for me and my son. I never had a problem with the service or food. Keep up the great service

Excellent Chinese food for the price. The dining area is not necessarily my favorite, but I do love New Ruby for all my takeout Chinese food. Very sweet but also can be spicy depending on your preferences. Very tasty food, with an excellent variety. Seems very authentic as well.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I am very disappointed after getting from here yesterday. It would have been nice to know that my order was going to be $50 for three combination plates before going to pick up the food. Had I known it was going to be that expensive I would have gone somewhere else. The food wasn't even that good, it tasted pretty bland. I got from here before and it was always good. I'm not sure if I will be going back after being charged such an outrageous price for a below average meal.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.nI love their wings and shrimp fried rice but please tell me why they make up prices as they go along and they can never seem to get the order right. The other day I ordered a large shrimp fried rice with 10 wings and my total was $26.?? I called back in and added 5 more wings to my order and when I picked my order up the total was $34.??. I thought that was pretty high but I still paid because I was hungry and should’ve asked for the prices prior to placing my order. The food was good, I called back in the next day and ordered a large shrimp fried rice with 5 wings and that was $19.??. When I asked them for a break down of the prices a lady went in the back (I guess to phone a friend) and never came back out. I ended up leaving. Didn’t have the right condiments on my food, but that isn’t the first time. Prior to the pandemic food has always been pricy. Another thing that I didn’t like was that the free item if you spend over a certain amount should not have to be asked for, it should be told/given. I notice if you don’t ask you don’t receive.nnI understand prices has risen during this pandemic but the prices they quoted me I can’t seem to comprehend and they obviously can’t either.
