I love this library and their porch pick up service. I don’t love that the woman checking out my books this morning did not have her mask on and that she grabbed my keys. I feel like I need to disinfect everything since it doesn’t seem that there’s much care during COVID at the moment despite Montgomery county having the highest percentage of cases in PA right now. Pretty disappointing experience.
Wonderful small library with great staff - a jewel for the community. I'm very happy to live only a couple blocks away.nnThe book selection is small but they'll get you anything in the Montgomery County library system within a few days.nnSupport your local library!
After using the library and interacting with the staff, i can give it 5 stars. Really nice manager, really nice staff. It's a bit small and outdated building and there's not really a quiet space to go work, which is why i don't come in here for that reason. But other than that, i check out a ton of books and really it's an asset to the community.
I mean it's free, so I guess I can't complain too much... But the ladies at the desk here have been doing nothing but yell & complain at the top of their lungs all afternoon. Just tryna do some work in a peaceful setting...
Ms. Lorraine is the best! Never met a better librarian, she is patient, kind, helpful, courteous, and friendly. She is the reason I would rather always go to the Conshohocken library over William Jeanes Library.
