The pretty young lady help my sister with ring was absolutely nice and helpful. The older lady was rude and didn't really good job of making sure I didn't spend any money at her store. Im vacation from Seattle. Visiting my family really didn't like my experience after she join the conversation. Did learn that the renamed Prasiolite

Rude is the word that best describes the store. Everytime I've been in there its the same unprofessional rude woman that can't take the time to answer questions without an attitude. Dont expect a friendly environment.
