The ladies that were in today 08/19/2020 are the sweetest most helpful ever. All I needed was to have my wedding ring sized and they not only made me feel good about my ring (it's fake but silver) they even helped me with my temporary wedding ring getting it to fit till i get mine back. I was so scared to go into a jewelry store because of my ring. I will be back for sure because of them. The owner did amazing with having wonderful staff. I hope they see this and give them credit. Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart!!

I came in to get my watch band adjusted today. The Manager Angila is top notch. I went to Fred Meyer to get my band adjusted. The guy there had me leave it, while they were busy. Three days later I went to check on it. Still was not done. So I called Harry's, Angila answered the phone is the most joyous way. When I came in she greated me just as joyfully. I was offered water, I got my ring polished. We told jokes. I had the best time. There is real genuine stuff happening here. Thank you so much for the best time! I know where I am going to get jewelry for my beautiful wife.

I love this store. The staff is so polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve had my rings checked and cleaned here and batteries replaced in watches (while you wait, if their schedule permits). I highly recommend this store. You have to stop in and see what I mean.

I found Harry Ritchie's excellent for its customer service when it shortened the bracelet of my new watch, which was a birthday gift sent to me by my son and daughter who live in western Washington and Oregon. Now I have a new store for my gift shopping! Thank you Harry Ritchie's.
