If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would rather do that. The agency owner is doing an OK job but the office agent is completely unprofessional with delayed responses, sometimes no replies, insufficient and/or inaccurate information; long story short, she does not care at all. I terminated my policy though not necessarily based upon my experience with them. This agent made a bad impression of the S.F. which I had great experience with back in MN. See my review for Bruce Fujan S.F.
