I've been going to this office for some years now and the girls have become like family to me! With their courtesy and their willingness to help even when I haven't been the most compliant! They've given me a beautiful smile that I show the world!! I would recommend Dr. McGill and her staff 10 times over!! We need more offices like this!

There is only one word for this office.. Awesome! This staff is beautiful all around. Everyone gets along and they work so well as a TEAM. Most of all they always put me first as a patient and I look forward to each appointment.nI'm enjoying every moment of this journey with Mcgill Orthodonticts! Smile. Love. Give.

Dr. Jean Seibold McGill and her staff are absolutely fantastic. I cannot thank them enough for giving me a great smile and making me feel comfortable and welcomed at all my appointments. Highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! If your insurance is not in network with them steer clear of McGill Orthodontics. McGill recommended a pallet expander on my child. Paid out of pocket $3,000. When insurance asked for documentation to prove why the amount was what it was, they could not provide it at first. First they tried to say it was 12 months of treatment and they don't bill by visits. When insurance found out that my daughter was only seen 4 times they said absolutely not. Who could blame them? It was $600 for the appliance and then $200 for 12 months (12 visits). At the rate of only 4 visits, that's $600 a visit! So what did McGill do, they submitted non existing visits!! Luckily the insurance doesn't mind the fact that they are doing this. They just want me to get my money back. My daughter is allowed $4300 for a lifetime. They've now eaten $3000 of that for phase 1 so now when phase 2 comes along of the actual braces, we won't have barely any money to use towards it. This place is A SCAM. They also told my other daughter she needed a pallet expander and we went to two other orthodontists in the area and they said she absolutely does not. They had her pull 8 baby teeth and wanted to pull an additional 4 and possibly a permanent tooth. Again, the other orthodontists had different recommendations. Parents - PLEASE do your research and do not be afraid to go for a second opinion. I wish I would have. I honestly believe my daughter probably didn't even need this expander and I am pretty sure submitting visits that didn't happen to an insurance company is insurance fraud. They've done VERY limited work to my daughter. I would have been willing to use the money/visits towards phase 2 with them but once phase 1 is completed we are going else where. They lost out on phase 2 for one child, another child and their father. I have not yet once received an apology. Janet (I believe her name is), the receptionist is RUDE and condescending and should really find another job elsewhere. When I asked her if she had told me previously that my daughter only went for 4 visits so why did she submit non existing dates she hung up on me! When I called back she said who cares you just said your insurance didn't care. It's not the point. You charged me for work that you did not do. Why not give me the work during phase 2 that you never did in phase 1 being I've already paid for it! Again, WHAT A SCAM.

I am extremely pleased with Dr Mcgill and the entire staff. From the appointments, financing, wait time, staff and everything else you can possibly think of in an office, it is run with precision and professionalism. Customer complete satisfaction and teamwork are their goals and they achieve them consistently. I recommend them highly. You will not be disappointed in any aspect of their work.
