Exceptional customer service by Sarah. I told her what I wanted and she helped narrow down the options which helped me out tremendously. Her suggestions were spot on and I am so happy she helped me make a great decision. The carpet is superb and worth every penny! Jason installed the carpet and was on time, and worked diligently all day. I was afraid the moving furniture would have been too much but he tackled it without hesitation. The carpet install was flawless!!! He made sure I was happy and had no problem with me checking in on the progress which was surprisingly fast and very fluid. Great pricing!!! I received three quotes from both Home Depot, Lowes and finally Carpet One. VERY competitive and I think the quality and pricing at Carpet One beat all the other competitors.
