So first of all , this dominos is amazing. We started our order online but we couldn’t finish our payment and ended up coming to the store and they already started making our order! The organization, the energy, and service was dope. The GM Brandon and the night crew team were phenomenal to us. Wish we had service like this in NY. They went above and beyond.

Don’t order from here but if you really have to order from her - pick it up. WARNING: DO NOT USE DELIVERY. I ordered at 7:50pm, tracker said order complete at 8:30pm but order wasn’t delivered. I had to call from 3 phones & was on hold for 20 minutes until I finally spoke to someone who claimed my never left & the driver was on the way........ It’s now 9:30pm, still no order & currently on hold.nnETA: Spoke to someone & supposedly the driver already left..... Let’s see if the cold food ever gets here...... I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. After reading them, if Domino’s cares about their brand, they should fire the entire staff, close the store, & hire an entirely new & competent staff before reopening.nnEATA: Cancelled order at 10:30pm.

They need to get it together because they getting worst everyday. The third time I order from them and they dont follow the online tracker. My food arrived cold. I ordered a hand tossed and I got a thin looking pie that tasted weird and old. One time I waited almost 2 hour to get my food because supposedly one guy were delivering to too many people. Mind you they take forever to pick up the phone and when they do they leave you on hold for a long time. Unacceptable!
