Great first time experience. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I only wish they offered payment plans instead of Care Credit or full payment on a credit card. It would be helpful if regular credit card payments could be broken into at least a few payments.

The entire staff is friendly and caring. They go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable and relaxed. The doctors explain everything before any of the dental work is done. I highly recommend this practice!

Excellent Dentist. Quick on time, he does not do unnecessary work and is honest in steering you to make the right decisions. I got lower dental implants, best thing I ever did and sorry I waited so long. Gets answers on insurance asap. Great staff. Perfect for my daughter who was afraid of the dentist.

Quick and easy sign in for new patients. Friendly staff and very professional. For our first visit we were impressed. We'll be very comfortable coming here.

Unprofessional staff. I went in for a semi-annual cleaning the other day and the receptionist I dealt with was extremely rude. When I went up to the receptionist she asked me if I was going to make a payment to my husbands bill (which I thought was strange anyways because it’s my husbands bill and we don’t even necessarily share expenses). I told her nicely that I’d rather not at this time as he had already made a payment and another was on the way. She asked me with quite a bit of attitude, what do I mean you’re not making a payment at this time? I repeated myself and said I’d rather not at this time. She continued to make displeasing comments and was clearly annoyed that I wasn’t making a payment for him. She then started searching on her computer for payment records and stated that no payments had been made. I corrected her and said that yes my husband had made a payment. Then she literally laughed out loud and said oh I see, he only paid 15$. She said if I wasn’t making a payment for him at this time that she would have to speak to management to see if I could have my teeth cleaned today. This whole conversation took place in a tiny waiting room with four other people sitting directly behind me waiting for their appointments. She violated my HIPPA rights by discussing and announcing our billing in front of everyone. Furthermore, they had quoted my husband wrong for a procedure they had done and that’s why there was even a balance due. I told her that she didn’t have to worry about getting management as i wasn’t staying for my appointment as she’d embarrassed me in front of everyone and announced our payment history to them. At this time the manager came up and said of course I could have my teeth cleaned, but I was not staying after the way the receptionist had made me feel. I was very embarrassed by the way she had spoken to me. If the policy is that people cannot have their teeth cleaned should their spouse has an outstanding bill then that policy should be dealt with respectfully and discreetly with customers without violating their HIPPA rights. I would think this would be obvious to any business. I did give them one star as my husband has been going there for years and always loved the dentist and hygienists. I actually wasn’t going to do a review hoping the receptionist just had a bad day, which we all do. However, my husband called to speak with the manager to discuss what had happened and she never called him back, he had to call her a second time after not hearing from her for three days to actually speak with her, which is unacceptable. And then I received a bill for 50$ fee for a missed appointment for that night which I only left because I was so humiliated! After these two instances I figured a review was necessary so hopefully other people don’t receive the same treatment I did.
