We just left Palumbo's II picking up an order that was placed on Slice. The restaurant itself was busy and the slice app wasn't processing orders correctly. The staff, I felt awful for. They were swarmed with wrong orders or orders not received. They still held their own with outstanding service. Although, they had to make a few quick thinking adjustments to our order, they tried to make things right by refunding what they couldn't provide to us. I did see some customers getting annoyed and angry with them but stuff happens. Not everything always works the way it's supposed to. I would still go to Palumbo's II over any pizzeria around.

Best NY pizza I have found in Stroudsburg. The new breakfast pizza options on the weekend are awesome. If you have not stopped in yet for breakfast pizza, you have made a huge mistake. Get the steak and egg.

The food is very good, but watch out! They charge you a HUGE fee for using your credit/debit card. They have a little sign on the counter, and do not tell you about the fee when checking out. They should do better with the fee's, i know they are making money off of that.

I’m so sad because my review doesn’t have to do with the food. The food is GREAT! I went in and not one employee was wearing a mask. Handling food with nothing. I let it go and decided to go again, same thing.. employees handling food with no masks or masks hanging over chins. All other eateries in the area seem to take Covid seriously, I don’t think they are. It’s a no go back for me until this pandemic is over. Sorry.

Amazing fettuccini Alfredo! Super creamy, lots of sauce and huge portion, good price. Friendly guy who made the food.
