So I placed my order for delivery to my hotel at 1:07. I included the name and address for the hotel along with my room number but planned on meeting them at the front door. I receive a call from some company stating they were trying to deliver my food to them. I told him where I was located and he said he would send them right over. 2 hours later I called to inquire where my food was and they told me that the delivery driver had left it at a car dealership and I'd have to walk there to get it. After telling them I wasn't going to do that they finally agreed to remake the order and deliver it quickly. I walked across the parking lot so I could see the dealership and 10 minutes later I watched the delivery driver pull up to the dealership, go inside, pick up my order and get back in his car and drive over to the hotel. That pretty much says it all.

Food is great but delivery is hit or miss. Needs to be consistent with delivery. Another issue is when they get too busy they take the phone off the hook. We tried to call 9 times and the phone was busy.

I was gono leave a one star because they never delivered my food to the door or at all. I found out that they are terrified of the coronavirus so I decided to change to 2 stars since I never received my food that night. I did tell them from the beginning it has to be delivered to my door and that I will not go out. Overall they have to get there act together and be more professional. If there daughter is so scared to deliver don’t be cheap hire a delivery driver. This is a review that gives a wise tip that will keep on giving. No complaints will be filed

Went there a few days ago. They have a partition at the doorway. I ordered online and picked it up. They seem to be taking proper protocols with COVID19 which I appreciate. It makes me feel more secure about the food preparation and safety. Been going there 30 years. The people are great and the food is delicious.

Absolutely perfect..wait was great..folks called me to let me know what they ran out of..and instantly made me what I said..even with all my specifications!! Sooo good!!!
