Heritage Health Restored Paths

I had talked to at least 3 people about seeing a counselor and made it clear that I didn't have any money to pay at first and was told that they would work with me.Upon arriving after waiting for 3 weeks for my appointment I was told I needed to pay 150 dollars to be seen. I was never told about the fee until I arrived I live in Kellogg it's a 40 minute drive both ways very unprofessional. Also I was told this would count as a missed appointment and would have to pay fee if I wanted service next time.

Honestly I had to go here cause I had got a DUI in Washington and moved to this area. This treatment place is terrible at accommodating for individuals schedules. As if people dont have lives outside of their requirements for court. People have jobs, families, and many other aspects to tend to in their lives. I also, only had a couple weeks left of treatment when I was in WA and I come here only to get smacked with another what 3-4 months. Yet another aspect of this joyful place is you cant be even a minute late for class which is absolutley absurd due to the fact that MOST all treatment centers give you a 10-15 minutes grace period; EVEN your family doctor will give a grace period. If you miss class because of being a minute late you have that added back to the classes you have to take. Im not not on supervised probation...but for people who are that could really affect them. A couple of the counselors here have been condescending. The only reason I've even stayed at this place was cause I wasnt going to start at a new place all over again, and I just
