I don’t usually do reviews but I’m not happy.nnI called the local office and got a rude lady who told me well your insurance hasn’t paid us.nI know they paid because every other office was paid and I’ve received their billing. I have also called my insurance and can see online the payment and balance owing.nnShe then gave me a number for the office in Seattle who all was not very friendly. MIND YOU IM NOT LATE. My service was over a month ago and I’m just trying to get them paid.nnMy insurance paid them on the 12th of October.nnThen the lady tells me we can’t send an electronic bill.nnSo I ask if there’s a website. She puts me on hold for 5 minutes because she doesn’t know the website. I googled it and found it minutes before she came back.nnI tell her well it requests and acct number and a statement ID. She rudely provides me the account number and says she can’t give me a statement ID because the statement hasn’t come out.nnShe can see the payment from my insurance and can tell me my balance.nI ask her when the statement would be available and her answer was “I don’t know” I asked when the payment was suppose to post and her answer was “I don’t know”nnPerhaps maybe make it where the website doesn’t require a statement ID. Maybe perhaps a last 4 or maybe even DOB.nnYou’re making it impossible for people to pay you.

I agree with all the 1 star reviews.... BUT I just got off the phone with their NEW billing company in Seattle. They were pleasant to work with. This new billing company JUST took over the billing.nnSO, I gave 5 stars for the change and my experience today. I hope this fixes the problem!!!

Been trying to pay a 36.00 bill for a month!! They do NOT return calls. The only method to pay a bill is to create an account on some 3rd party website where they want all your personal information!! I will not create an account, share my personal info to have it stolen again...all to pay a 36.00 bill. You make doing business near impossible.

Piss poor customer service. Cannot even call and get a hold of anyone! Called multiple times. Automated answering stats they will call me back in a few days but their voicemail threatened payment immediately or it would go to collections. Yet the EOB from my insurance says it was all paid and I owe nothing. Poor service.

I am so ANGRY with this company! First point my husband myself and my son have been BALANCED BILLED. Our insurance companies have tried to reach out to them and they have been ignored. This company is contracted with North West Gastrology . My husband was denied for a written letter asking for his bill to be included with his 1st procedure at the age of 50. It's to be covered 100%. They are sapose to cover it and instead they balanced billed him $ 700.00 My son had his procedure done and they balanced billed him over $ 300.00 when it's to covered 100 % and they are contracted with the Doctors office. They will not pick up their phone or get back with you. The assistant at the doctors office said MANY Patients are having the same issue . I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Do your homework or you will be stuck with the bill.
