I’ve seen both Tara Flores NP and Dr. Connor Quinn for a displaced tib/fib fracture that occurred in August 2019. They are such a great team, and I couldn’t have had better care. Dr. Quinn has one of the best bedside manners, and is extremely meticulous in his care. Tara Flores NP is one of the smartest NPs I’ve met, and has been instrumental in my recovery with every curve ball I’ve thrown at her! Absolutely I would recommend them for any orthopedic care.

I had a horrible experience with Kootenai orthopedic. I broke my foot in a sport accident, and was referred to their office. I was told I didn't need surgery to fix my fracture and that it would heal up in time. After 9 weeks in a boot there was little to no healing. I decided at that point to get a second opinion. I was told that I should have had surgery from the beginning to fix my fracture. I went back to speak to Kootenai orthopedics and spoke to one of the surgeons. He was very disrespectful and would not listen to my concerns, almost like he was irritated that I had got a second opinion. After that appointment, I had another follow up appt, and at that appt. the Dr. was very distracted by a personal matter and couldn't even give me his full attention. I left the office with no plan for my non-healing foot and with no trust in the Doctors.

Dr. Bowen is absolutely amazing with kids. My daughter broke her elbow. He made her so comfortable in the hospital and in his office. Cannot say enough as to how thankful I am for him and his excellent care!
