If you have ever wanted to find a Doctor and entire Staff that treated you with exceptional kindness and regard then you would be wise to choose Dr. Averett and his team. With what I presented with I was advised that I needed my nail removed on my big toe. Dr. Averett made it simple and painless. I was in and out of his office within what seemed like minutes. However, his team is so friendly it wouldn't of mattered if I stayed the entire day. This office is clean, professional and everyone, including Dr. Averett makes you feel more like family than a distant patient. I hope I meet people in my life who have foot, ankle or like me toe issues. Because it will be my absolute pleasure to refer them to North Idaho Foot and Ankle Institute for extraordinary care.

Very happy with my choice of doctors after I broke my foot. I was told by urgent care I would need surgery, but instead of just going with that, the doctor held off to see if my foot would start healing itself and bypass surgery. It did and the doctor saved me a lot of money and grief by waiting to see how the foot would heal. He also scheduled a blood test to check my vitamin D and that turned out to low. He had no reason to check that other than being a very intuitive and thorough doctor. The front office is friendly and the nurse assistants that come to the room were both fantastic. On top of all that, they got me in quicker than any other office I called. I would definitely recommend this office.

I needed to see a podiatrist recently and heard really good things about Dr. Averett. I was very impressed. He was very attentive, asked several questions and really listened to my concerns. After his treatment I have completely recovered and would highly recommend him to anyone.
