The waiting was 2 hours before I see the doctor
I have to say I had a great experience if there is such a thing. Going to the Dentist can be nerve wracking, but here they are so kind and make you feel so comfortable from the minute you come in from a great hello from Dee or a hello from Ryan! Your Dr.’s and staff are amazing! I walked in with no smile and walked out with a GREAT Smile! Thank you to all of you for all you do. Stay safe my new friendsud83dude4fud83cudffd
M husband was there for first time over weekend. Great staff and dentist was amazing. Being someone with no dental insurance they went over and beyond to give him options to help him get the work done he needs. Good place.
My appointment was at 12:15 and I arrived at 12. When I arrived there were at least 10 people in the waiting room, so I gave the receptionist my number and said I would be waiting in my car. I sat in my car until 1 pm (my appointment was 12:15!) then called to find out what was going on, I reminded the receptionist of my appointment time and she told me they were calling me now. They took at least 12 X-rays, and a 3D scan of my teeth, by the time they were done it was 2:00! I sat in the room for another 15 minutes waiting for the hygienist and when she arrived she told me they were going to give me an appointment for my cleaning! I firmly requested that my teeth be cleaned today, and to make a long story short I didn’t leave that retched office until almost 4pm. I will NEVER go back to that office, I recommend you go somewhere else. These people have no respect for their patients or their time, they just want to bill your insurance and send you in your way.
Friendly, but when I came in for a cleaning and check up only a check up was done. Feel like I wasted my time taking off work to go here for the appointment that day.. also seem pricey. (In regards to gum work they wanted to do)
