I’ve had anxiety my whole life from dental mishaps with other offices from Boise to Coeur d Alene. This office cares not only about your teeth but your whole well being while under their care! I have had lots of dentists over the years, and Dr. Gates is by far the best. I've gone through Invisalign, and a crown over the last year and him and his team have put me at ease, been super straight forward, honest, and haven't pushed me into any unnecessary dental work. I trust their experience and can't recommend Dr Gates, Jess his assistant, and Felicia (a hygenist who is amazing and made my 2 year old super excited to get her teeth cleaned) highly enough. Also my family and I drive from Bonner's Ferry to go here and it's 100% worth the drive. Keep up the great work!

Very professional service! I felt at ease because everyone was so knowledgeable about what the issues were with my teeth and what to do to fix them. All in all, probably the best dental visits I've had in 20 years!nI would refer anyone I knew who had dental issues here and plan to do so.

Dr Gates was very unprofessional and was very rude to my wife said that she was a liability risk did not want to treat her. Accused her of not taking care of her mouth. When we went to another dentist he told her that her hygiene was very good. But suggested a treatment plan to get her back so she can eat properly again. Because of issues that another dentist failed to diagnose. When Dr Gates found about it he just temporarily fixed . Then we came back in and was told he did not want to treat her anymore. Not the kind of dentist I would refer to anyone.
