My kids see Dr. Odom who is THE BOMB! Seriously, she's amazing. She takes great care of my kiddos, one of whom has a special need. The patient portal makes it easy to email questions and access my provider. I have been nothing but impressed with Dr. Odom. She takes time with my kids--we never feel rushed--and I always feel listened to. She takes a personal interest in the kids, always listens to my concerns, and gives me full information. She's a zen master. If you're a worrier, she's the perfect pediatrician. I also really appreciate that she's humble. She listens to my questions and concerns and she'll take the time to do some follow up research on prescriptions or tests so I know I am getting accurate information. Some doctors will answer just to answer. I know Dr. Odom is giving me accurate information. She's brilliant. I've also had a great experience with the office staff--friendly and I've never had a long wait time.

Outstanding!! Had to get my sons school paperwork updated for his asthma, his inhaler updated and a flu shot. I can not express enough the wonderful help and care we received at Heritage Health today! Everyone from the lady taking temperatures at the front door, to our billing/ paperwork lady, to our Nurse Chelsea and to Dr. Odom what an amazing experience! My son and I were treated with so much care and respect! I honestly can not thank everyone there enough!!

I see Melissa Burns Price, PA. She is an excellent professional knowledgeable and caring. I had a couple of medical issues and she referred me to specialist, both specialists said that the medication and care Melissa provided were the right thing for my diagnosis. Both praised we work. She is better than any doctor I’ve ever been seen by.

They insist that I get new x-rays with them rather then sending the x-rays from another dentist taken only two weeks ago. It's their policy without reason. The dentist I saw In the past treated me like a pill addict even though I was in obvious pain and wasn't asking for pain meds. They have also talked me into removing a tooth that I was able to save. I appreciate their efforts to provide affordable dental to our community, but their policies and judgments are disheartening.

I had 2 broken teeth pulled last Tuesday, June 2. The experience was good, the Dentist and her assistant were very professional and helpful, made sure I was 100% numb before trying to dig into and pull the broken teeth, the whole experience took maybe 15 minutes, if that. quick and easy.nMy biggest issue however is the financial part, very expensive, and unless the Doctor/Dentist states that the procedure is an emergency procedure, no payment arrangements can be made. Thankfully this procedure was stated on my paperwork that it was an emergency and payments can be made, though the other 2 teeth I need to have pulled, are not an emergency and no payment arrangement can be made (Even though I currently have payment arrangements set up for the current procedure that was done on June 2) therefore I either have to pay the full $115-$175+ at time of appointment, or I wait until the tooth gets infected and have to come in for antibiotics and the Dentist states that it is an emergency procedure and I am able to make payments.nThe sliding scale is nice, however even at our income I am unable to afford $115-$175+ per tooth to be pulled.nIt is not just the Dental it is the Medical part as well. Would be nice if there was an in between option.
