Willamette Dental Group - Coeur d'Alene

Call center is horrible. Sons appointment was cancelled without Evan a phone call. Can’t get appointments scheduled. No answers. Had this issue years ago with Willamette Dental. Was told how things have changed before I enrolled in their dental insurance. Not impressed!

The Receptionist was friendly who checked me in. :)nMy Dental Hygienist Corby, She was friendly and so gentle cleaning my sensitive teeth and no painful Zingers! :)nMy Dentist Perry was so kind and helpful and I liked that he would suggest easy treatments that weren't too expensive and if I really needed it or not. :)nMy Care Adovocate Amy, who took my payment was friendly as well. :)nI was very pleased with all of them today and going to the dentist isn't as expensive as my other place was.nThank you all of them and see ya at my next cleaning. :)nMaralee :)

Fast, friendly and professional. 1st time in the office so I hope this is the normal.

This office is awesome. I have always had a terrible fear going to dentist. Everyone at Willamette is very eager to change that and help me have a great experience and healthy teeth. My anxiety gets less with every visit. Thankful to be back with them. If you pay for the plan it is SO affordable compared to other dentists!

I have never had such a wonderful experience at a dentist. From x-rays, to cleaning, to a filling it was amazing. I have a terrible, terrible fear of dentists and Dr. Shaw gave me medication to take prior to my visit and it helped so much. I will NEVER go anywhere else. LOVE them!
