I ordered two sides of wings and waited 45 minutes for them. When I looked my phone number up for the tracker it said I did not place an order. I called Dominos and she proceeded to tell me they canceled my order because their manager told them they are not allowed to deliver food to our college because of a quarantine lockdown. I understand, however I’m upset over the lack of customer service. If I did not call I would have been waiting forever and never received my food. They should call if they cancel your order.
If your business is open late in the night, I expect the BEST service at all times that your business is open. I ordered a very simple order, pasta with sausage and Marinera. How do you mess that up? The noodles were so chewy and overdone they seemed MICROWAVED. Extremely unhappy.
I hadn't had Dominoes pizza for a whil . It was delicious!
Staff, crew is friendly and knowledgeable. Pizza was fantastic and ready on time.
Online ordering is amazing as well as traditional ordering. There's no long wait, you can customize your pizza, they have cold drinks, and as a bonus offer free plates and napkins. You can watch your order via virtual oven online and know the name of who is preparing your food. No other place does that! Great food and there's always deals to take advantage of. A+++
