Went up here today 12/6/20 and hiked the 12 mile loop with my kids. Very well maintained asphalt path that is within site of the beautiful lake most of the time. Cute little lunch shelters are spaced every 4 miles or so which we used for a snack and then later lunch break. Bathrooms and garbage also located along the trail. Only reason why I give this place a 4 instead of a 5 is the need to walk across the road to get back to the marina parking lot. People absolutely fly down this road and I would never feel safe with a kid on a bike along here. The park should really put some form of a protective barrier along this section to make it more safe.

The bike trail is great for a walk
Clean and beautiful paved bike trail.
Very nice trail around Lake Wilhelm to walk or ride a bike (good exercise). If biking please note the trail is not flat and you will likely have to use lower gears or walk the bike on some of the hills. On the west side of Lake Wilhelm there are a couple short areas of the trail where you will be sharing the road with vehicles. The road is very wide, vehicles are seldom seen and drivers appear to be respectful. It is approximately 12 miles for a loop around Lake Wilhelm.
