I love that place, make sure you have the app
The service was full of smiles and kindness...pleasantries were exchanged and appreciated. We were even offered tops for our pretzel cups and a to go bag which I wasn’t expecting but needed. ud83cudf1f The product was the reason why the full 5 stars weren’t given, they weren’t crisp like they usually are. They weren’t actually covered in the butter sauce. They were dry and super chewy so we had to have a drink with each bite. Sad day. But c’mon it’s Auntie Anne’s pretzels...we ate them anyway! ud83eudd29
I've been an anti Ann's 3 times in the past 2 weeks and they have had no cinnamon and sugar is this a management problem do they not see that they need it before it's gone. And at no time was I told when they would get more I know apology for not having what's on their menu.
