The employees at this post office are always very helpful. I've never had an issue with the office or my mail service. I've gone into the office many times to ship packages or buy stamps and always have a good experience.
SO our carrier is to lazy to pick up our outgoing mail. Just because we are not receiving mail doesn't mean you don't check for outgoing. And you can literally see the outgoing mail from the street. If you can't perform your job correctly i would love to have it.
This post office is a joke. I've TRIED to ship two packages from this post office, and they sent the package TO MY HOUSE instead of WHERE IT WAS GOING! I even hand wrote the labels myself and made them tape it on the front for reference. I double checked with the person and made sure they knew it was going OUT OF PENNSYLVANIA. Sure enough, 3 days later, it shows up on MY porch. Unbelievable. I am so angry.
Horrible... I have the informed delivery notifications and I was supposed to get mail that day and i still haven't gotten it 3 days later. Then packages aren't being delivered because they say they cannot get to the front door and then dog interference.... my dog is in a cage during the day in the house! Also they said this was at 6:14 pm and my husband and I were home the dog was inside with us and we heard nothing outside.
Agian your carriers back to blocking streets at 725 dutch lane in hermitage when he takes breaks it has got to stop hes causeing traffic jams
