This is a beautiful and easy trail that, as the name implies, follows the top ridge of the mountain. There is a nice Vista just north of the trailhead on Route 44. No vistas along the path but it is a nice walk especially during the autumn months to take in the changing foliage.

This is an easy place to find and it's close to a beautiful lookout point. The trail is great for an easy walk in the woods. The trail is relatively flat and follows the top of the mountain. They are currently (Dec 19) constructing a tower near the trail head but it's just trees once you get past that. Great place to walk with young ones or a dog. It's a down and back hike. You're not going to get lost, it's just one trail.
