We've been taking our pets to The Animal Hospital on the Golden Strip for years. They genuinely care about the animals that they care for. They recently did surgery on my two year old kitty. I can't thank Dr. Williams, tech Amy, and the rest of the staff enough. My kitty received wonderful care both during and after his surgery. I received updates on how he was doing, and when an issue arose after he came home, they were quick to have me bring him in for follow up care. They have also checked in on him once he was home. I would recommend the vets at The Animal Hospital on the Golden Strip to anyone.

I understand that the surgeries are done in no particular order, however I dropped my dog off at 7:20 and was the first person there. I was told she would be prepped. The Dr starts at 9. And she should be ready for pick up around 4. So my concerns got the best of me so I called the office at 1:30 only to find out she hadn't been to surgery yet and to please call back at 4. So my dog has now been in a kennel for 6 hours scared to death and no food for 16 hours. As I call back at 4:00 I'm told my dog is now in surgery and can be picked up at 5:30. When we arrive lots of other dogs are being brought to their owners jumping into cars and headed home. My dog is brought out with no focus in her eyes and could barely stand let alone walk. When we got her home I carried her in the house and it took her until 11:00 to actually take a few steps. I feel they took 8 hours to get her into surgery and rushed her out the door with no time to recover. I feel maybe they are doing to many surgeries in a day and maybe they should make appointments rather than do them in no particular order. Although my dog is doing much better now 3 days later We will not be heading back to this office.

I like taking my dog here because of fair prices and good service. I normally don’t have any issues however a “lady” behind the desk was extremely rude. I came in to leave my cell number since they didn’t answer the phone. One worker asked “are you here for grooming”? I said “yes I just wanted to leave my cell number for pick up”. Rude person sitting down says “she’s just gonna have to wait”. Excuse me? Who speaks to a customer like that?! Everyone is usually nice. If you’re having a bad day stay home if you can’t control your issues.

The staff is always amazing. They are professional, courteous, and act with urgency. They become like family after a few visits. They will remember your pets names, and yours and make you feel very welcome.nnThe curbside treatments are well done, safe, and speedy. All staff wear masks and keep you safe from the trump bug. Nobody is allowed in without a mask. Hand sanitizer is plentiful.

My cat loves coming to this place...prices r good and staff treat the animals like they are royalty my cat marbles loves the staff giving her attention and she has been calm around staff since she been a patient at this place...THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE STAFF OF THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL...MARBLES SAY THANKS TOO..
