The wife picked up a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza for dinner this evening... worst Pizza Hut pizza we've ever had. I can honestly say I've had 2 dollar frozen pizzas from the grocery store that taste better. Not sure what changed, pizza used to be good from this location.
Placed my order, waited 45 minutes for it to be delivered, only to find it had the wrong sauce on it. Called the store to have it fixed. I had to repeat myself probably 5 times before they could get the pizza correct. Then they tell me they are starting to get busy so it will be about another 40 minutes. Ummm... my pizza should take priority seems it was paid for and the order placed before any others. You guys messed up the order, not me. Why is the customer continuously punished for your mistakes. This is why places are losing business. I will take my business to Little Caesers or Barts.
The manager is a hoot and great to chat with while you wait. Rock on shawn!
Run. Do not go near this place. Average product and no accountability for incorrect orders. As a vegetarian I never ever order meat on my pizza. I clicked on their carry out deal for a large 3 topping pizza. Black olives, mushrooms and onions. When I get the pizza home there is bacon on it. I am also Jewish, so.... the store says sorry it's an internet order there is nothing we can do about it. Never going back...I don't care which end of pizza hut has the problem. It should have been corrected. This is not good customer service!
