In the heart of the Ricketts Glen State Park, this trail takes you through the stunning geology of Pennsylvania and waterfall after waterfall after waterfall. Many of them spectacular and all of them wonderful. On this clearly posted trail, you’ll be impressed by the trail, the stream and all of the falls.
Honestly it did not feel as difficult as I was anticipating - there are some steep areas as well as wet rocks you need to walk over. Seeing all 21 falls combined with the fall foliage was memorable. It was a weekday and did get crowded towards the afternoon, I came on a weekend earlier this year and left from the parking lot due to excessive crowding (due to COVID).
One of the best trails in Pennsylvania. Over 20 named waterfalls are along this trail. It is a pretty demanding trail that requires comfortable and non slip hiking shoes. If you can to go with kids, keep in mind that parts of the trail are narrow and overlook steep drops. Be careful and mindful of your children and pets. This is an absolute must for hikers of all levels as the views are some of the best in Pennsylvania.
Nice trail to see all the falls in trail glen ganuga is an awesome Falls in the trail.
Falls trail was the coolest thing ever went there 12 years ago but I would love to go again.
