Lawrence Dental Excellence

I recently switched to Dr. Lawrence’s office and am very happy that I did! Like most others, I get very uncomfortable at the dentist but had no issues here. My hygienist, Erika was great. I also saw Dr. Simon and she was phenomenal. Both of them were extremely kind, professional and gentle. They walked me through each step of the process and ensured that I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend going to this office and seeing both of them!

Thank you Dr. Lawrence and all your friendly, knowlable staff. Went for a check-up/cleaning today. Everyone is so friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting Stacey today. We talked about many things. Amazing dentist. Go above and beyond to make your smile perfect. Very welcoming and make you feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Simon is truly awesome as well as the rest of the staff.

I was a patient of Dr. Lawrence 24 years. I was always very happy and always treated with kindness and respect until recently. I accidentally missed an appointment and received a call about 10 min into my appointment time telling me that if I didn’t come to the appointment that I would be charged. I was at work and couldn’t leave. I told the office staff that I had never missed an appointment in 24 years and that they would charge me because I made a mistake one time, is a disgrace. She proceeded to tell me, in a condescending tone, that I canceled appointments 11 times.nNote: It seems that when you take an appointment while checking out and then call when you have to change your appointment once you work out your work schedule ( not close in, months/ weeks in advance.), they are counting it against you.nI was upset and hung up. I called back and asked to speak to Dr. Lawrence or have him call me back, after all he was my doctor and I should be able to have a conversation with him instead of a girl that works at the front desk.. The office staff was very rude and dismissive. It’s been weeks, I’ve never heard a word from him. Whether he got the message, I’ll never know. It’s obvious that my business and years of being a loyal patient that has referred several patients to him, means nothing. I have been telling everyone about the negative treatment I have received and how it’s obvious that Dr.Lawrence and his office staff, no longer cares for his patients like they did in the past.
