In the short time my son has been receiving services at Chaterbox (Nampa), we have had such a great experience. This place is truly amazing and has been such a blessing to our family. The staff at Chatterbox is very caring and have helped my son develop his language skills, emotional coping skills, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills. Very professional, loving atmosphere!

My son has learned a lot for these ladies. We were recommended to Chatterbox by our son's dentist after we had his tongue tie clipped. He's speech has gotten so much better in less then a year. The only problem is the ladies are so busy that it is difficult to change an appointment time.

Latest: my child went to her speech appointment last week and this week. I let them know yesterday that my child had four or five adult bugs in her hair and they needed to inform the other parents about it. they texted me today saying they were removing my child altogether from therapy because apparently I am harassing all of the families in there. So any of you who do try to make a difference like I did, just be forewarned that they will take your child off the schedule. I have the pictures posted publicly via text on Facebook. pretty sad when you suggest to have parents take their child to a clinic to at least be cleared of them prior to coming back in, to help improve their lice policy, and this is how they treat their patients and their patients families.nnI would reccrecomend but due to the latest issues of discovering my kiddo got lice again after they held their summer program; I tried asking the staff to talk with other parents about it. And was told they are NOT going to talk to every parent with only one case reported out of 800 applicants. So unfortunately I can't even recommend this place. Maybe update your lice policy and have them cleared by a licensed lice clinic to help prevent future issues or inform all oarepar so the issue is resolved. Either way, you DON'T sweep LICE under the rug and be irresponsible to the point of refusing to inform, doesn't matter what kind of business you run. Unprofessional all the way around.nnI would like to also add that you took my child off the schedule as soon as I pointed out that you guys neglected an issue. And I don't see you trying to do anything to fix that. So be sure to know that state reviewers will know about this. it looks that not only that you have a very confusing work environment, but you still neglect to tell other parents about it. And even I explain to you myself how easy it was to get it and have it go unnoticed for two to three months at a time. Which is enough time to bring a kid into contact with it.nnthe fact that you also changed your response on here vs. What you told me via text, does not change the fact that you should neglect and sweep the issue under the rug. One case, 20 cases, even lice clinics of America says that you STILL need to report it. you can bring up articles, but why don't you go in and talk to the staff like I have? Or is that so hard for you guys to look into on how to resolve a bigger issue?

My son has been coming to chatter box for 2 years and he's made amazing improvement with both his speech and occupational therapy. I would recommend Chatter Box to everyone who needs it!!! The staff are super friendly and very easy to talk to. Easy to work with and work with you on everything. Go over every goal and step and explain eveything to you to make sure you get it.
