They deserve ZERO stars. The pharmacists here are lazy, unprofessional, and downright liars. Many times my doctors and kid's doctors have called in prescriptions, days went by and the prescriptions were not ready, even after multiple calls from me and the doctors. They don't put prescriptions on auto-refill despite being asked to many time, so there is no point in having a service you dont actually give customers. They lie and say the prescription isn't ready because they're either too lazy to look or just don't care. I have looked at the bin with my prescriptions in them and the lazy pharmacists claims she does t know why it's not there! This is life saving medication and they clearly don't care if we live or die. They won't even do something as simple as correcing your contact information that they incorrectly put in the system. They put the wrong number in for me, and after I've corrected them many times in the past 2 years, I find they still have the wrong number! I've complained to corporate about all of this. Apparently, they don't care about customers or our lives either, because don't make sure their staff does their job right. I'm glad CVS is opening. I'm done with Rite Aid. Stay clear from this place, especially if you need life saving prescriptions filled.

I needed my prescription filled today and they told me to come back tomorrow tomorrow because they will be closing soon. I think the girl just wanted to get out of there. I will never go back.
