July 13, 2020nUpdate: Matt, owner of the store was a delight to deal with! He understood, apologized and made it right. Not only did he redeliver a few hours after our conversation but threw in a few chocolates to boot. I so appreciate Matt’s quick response to this matter.nnJuly 12, 2020nI was so excited to surprise a friend with a package from Edible only to later discover it was left on the porch all day in the heat and was covered with ants when it was found. Mind you there were 3 people in the house all day and they had no idea it had been left on the porch. It went directly in the garbage along with my money. I can’t understand why the delivery person would do this. Not only was the surprise ruined but the delivery time was imperative to my friends work schedule. The store is closed today which is Sunday so I have no way to reach anyone. I can’t imagine this to be standard practice or Edible would have no customers! What a disappointment for all of us!

We’ve received Edible Arrangements a few times from this store in Wilkes Barre and they are always really nice. The fruit is excellent, chocolate covered strawberry are always perfect. They really do a great job!!

I was happy with my order. The place is nice and clean. Just an FYI they don't have smoothies at this location yet as advertised on the website.

Edible Arrangements have always been a hit with my family. Easy to order and pricing is moderate. Love this store! Almost always made fresh. If I am unhappy with the product, no questions asked, just replace or refund. It's nice ordering with a company like that.
