First, I must state that for years my older children, older then 5, have wonderful experiences here for all dental work and cleaninigs. The office staff is fantastic, the desk ladies are great. The dental hygienist are nice and well spoken. My serious concern comes into when I needed to take my youngest son (2 years) for 4 fillings. Now, office policy is no parents in the back, I assumed there were exceptions when talking about children under a certain age. But no, they expected me to let them take my shy 2 year old out of my hands screaming and perform this procedure why he's screaming and fighting. They also state that you can opt to have them strapped into a mechanism to prevent movement. I am a registered nurse and for no reason should a child go through this kind of procedure (simple) without a parent and especially being strapped in! My doctor recommended a better dentist to avoid this, he says it's unethical and I should not take my child there. We, as caretakers, have options. In conclusion, for children 5 and older who can be able to go through a visit unaccompanied, this is a nice dentist with caring staff. As for their no parents for any reason even for children as young as 2, I would definitely look elsewhere.

Horrible company! They wont let you go back with you child regardless of her age and send letters out after when you dont return stating if you dont bring your child back for traditional checkups and the services they claim should be done they will report you for neglect! WTH? Take your letters and shove them! I would tell anyone considering taking their kids or themselves here to RUN far away!
