I was very hesitant to take my daughter today because of all the negative reviews but I had a great experience. I was most afraid of not being able to go back with my 3 year old (I would have left if they didn’t) but they let her sit on my lap the whole time. The man at the front desk was very kind and so was the doctor and dental assistant. The scheduled my daughters procedure promptly for her cavities and explained everything. It seems they have made a turn around.

Initial appointment as a new patient. Well organized, clean and covid safe. Quick, in and out service. My grandson really likes the people at the Wilkes Barre location.

I live and hour and a half away.. second time went there and they cancelled my daughters appointment for the general anesthesia doc... now let me remind you, my daughter has a disability, for for them just to cancel again knowing I live that far away is ridiculous !!!! Would not recommend

I went to this dentist not too long ago. I was around 16-17 years old. I have extreme dental anxiety and needed a place that would offer nitros and was covered under our insurance. I had previously went to a dentistry in Danville that offered nitros. But the dentist there over charged us and left me with a brittle tooth with no crown. I had to come here for a veneer because they don’t do crowns. They told us there would find a place that offered nitros as I would be turning 18 soon and wouldn’t be allowed to go back there. They never referred us to such place. I would not wish this dentistry upon any child. My veneer was so thick that it cause the tooth below to be pressed backwards into my mouth. I asked them to shave it down and they made it too thin. Another tooth they worked on they had overfilled at the base of the tooth. I had asked again for them to shave it down and specifically told them not to touch the top as I didn’t want another pointy, thin tooth. Of course he started shaving and I find out my tooth is insanely pointy and thin. To the point where it felt like it was cutting my tongue. I made an appointment to get it fixed and they wanted me to go back into the “operation room” if that’s what you’d call it. I refused and said it just needed a little file as I was afraid that once again they would not shave it right. I’m honestly glad I walked out because I would not trust those people to tie a shoe. Another awful thing is they’re supposed to be taking care of children and their needs. A lot of the kids, even myself were very scared. You’d think they’d make it personalized and treat the children kindly. But no, they have it set up so there are six chairs, a row of 3 back to back of kids in that room. The cleaning area are also set up with seats next to each other. It’s very nerve racking to see another child in pain while you’re supposed to remain calm. The entire place is just all around awful. I am so sorry for the kids that have to go to this place and have a bad experience that will linger with them the rest of their life. I’ve had so many terrible dental experiences but this place really takes the cake. If you don’t want overfilled/underfilled teeth I would not recommend going here. It blows my mind that they’re supposed to be helping kids and they couldn’t even help a 16-17 year old. Scary part is that as an older kid going there I could voice what was wrong. But most kids don’t know and end up oblivious and in pain. Really seems to me like they’re just taking advantage of the kids and making money off the parents. Seriously, if you can, go somewhere else.

Don't bother going if you value your children’s health and dental hygiene. Extremely unprofessional. You're not allowed back with small children which makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. They're so rude and lack professionalism. I don't understand how they're still in business. And don’t get me started on the wait times.
