Came in the other day and the two ladies that assisted me where nice and chatty and lovely! I didn't buy anything but did sell something. She was fair. I took a few pieces in and she was clear about buying gold not so much diamonds and other stones. She didn't want to offend me and just handed me back the piece that was more bling than gold. I wasn't at all offended. I left happy and will be back.

I have known LaDon since I was a junior in high school. I buy all my jewelry from her. I sent my daughter's boyfriend there for their wedding rings. Every one I know I send to LaDon. She has the best customer service. She's honest if she can't fix it. In-store credit is amazing. She will order it if she doesn't have it and the companies she works with and choices she has is out of this world. No on in the valley will take care of you better.
