Horrible customer service, went in twice to get my ring fixed and they wouldn’t help me. They treated me with no respect and seemed like they didn’t want me in there. Wouldn’t recommend this store. The Boise location was amazing to work with.

They were amazing. My ring came out beautifully and to be honest I wouldn't go anywhere else. People think well it is big chain but take a rare piece and think about it like something important. The staff amazing, even when you tell them how you broke your own ring by sizing it yourself. They did a beautiful job, thank you so much Kitt Anderson

Hope they don't make commission here. Came in expecting to spend at least 3k walked out empty handed. What a shame.

Ordered online beginning of May and its June 26th and still no package. Was informed the factory is working at 10% and the earliest it will ship is mid July. Requested a refund and was told they will try.

Horrifically bad manager who quoted me a price on repairing my mother’s ring then changed the price two weeks later during the repair!! She was also a horrifically bad boss who lacked empathy and morals! Be careful buying from this extremely dishonest store and manager who lacks moral fiber and empathy like most narcissistic sociopaths!
