Ray and Paula are awesome! Took my diamond I was selling in got a quote to see what it's really worth. They both were incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because they deserve it.

I am very disappointing with Fred meyer jeweler store.nThey have one employee who is completely rude bully has no shame on her at all. Or any class and think this a career got to be a great employees not act like trash no education employee. So yesterday I went to pick up my med at the pharmacy and had no clue she was there she found me to bully me fight me call me nampa reallynShe has no education or cares she is a employee of Fred meyer. I report her andnWrote a letter in march she was very rude yelling and wanted to hit me not only that we recording yelling threatened my daughter she is a minor didn't care she is under age was defending me she threat her to and Fred meyer has employees like her in a classy Expense store and she is there workingnI am very disappointed and i will report Fred meyer jewelers store to the BBB and post all what happen to me with one of there employees no matter that issues is she needed to act like grown up she is working at that store and I know they dont want or hope those people in the store workingnI will post it on Facebook BBB ANYWHERE until they hear me I will post the video I record of her fighting with me and my daughter who is a minor and she should get a warning or fired for fighting like a lady with no education Mrs JessicanThank u I will never buy no more jewelery there

Purchased wedding rings here, wedding was called off 3 days after return/exchange date. They would not let me exchange his ring for something I could use. It was still in the box and I had to pay it off. Now I have a ring I'll never use. Will never purchase from them again. They don't understand customer service.
