They answered me when no one else would pick up the phone!! Got locked out of my apartment with my dog at 10:30 pm in a shady part of town and my property management told me they wouldn't perform lockout services and come let me in because it "doesn't qualify as an emergency." My biulding's management couldn't even give me a number to call for help. Two other 24-hour locksmiths I tried didn't answer. The woman who picked up with Robert's Lock & Key was super friendly and understanding, gave me a cost estimate right away, and got someone to my apartment in under 30 minutes to get me safely inside! The woman who responded was extremely friendly and professional and got us in right away. She was also respectful of my anxious dog's need for space. I'm so grateful they came through for me when my landlord refused.
