New patient here. This was the first time I have ever left the dentist without feeling any pain. Amazing staff and they do a great job. You can tell they take pride in their work unlike some of the larger/ more corporate dentist offices. Would definitely recommend them. Great staff too!

Dr. Tomko recommended a deep cleaning (root scaling and planing) that could potentially be quite painful and invasive, and when I declined this several times (I researched it and did not feel it was necessary in my case), instead asking for a regular cleaning, I was told I needed to find another dentist since I wasn't submitting to her treatment plan. I had been going to this office every 6 months for 5 years, and I have good insurance, so I do have to wonder if that's why she kept recommending it (insurance pays more for a deep cleaning). I did go to a new dentist, and the new dentist did not even mention the deep cleaning, and in fact told me my teeth and gums looked good. You have a right to decline treatments that are recommended, and I'm so glad I didn't undergo an unnecessary procedure.

For the majority of my life (and I am 61 yrs old), I have held an irrational fear of dentists. Then, at the recommendation of a friend, I started going to Tomko Dental Associates. I know this sounds crazy, but I now look forward to my appointments! Dr. Tomko is AMAZINGLY knowledgable and skilled and her staff is the absolute BEST! They are extremely competent and exceptionally friendly, making me feel comfortable and erasing any anxiety I may bring with me. I honestly can't say enough good things about Tomko Dental and if you are looking for a practice that always makes you feel important, has your best interest at the forefront of all decisions, and helps you feel comfortable during all types of treatments, then you need to call Tomko for an appointment! It's been over two years and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Love this group of ladies. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist at all and have had bad experiences in the past. Very caring ladies and they don’t make me feel bad or weird because of my anxiety but make me feel safe.
