I am a big eater and rely on the endless (bottomless) sides to fill me. But when ordering you dont even get the same initial amount of the sides. I had literally 5 fries with my take out order. The food is not something that you cant make at home so it really is the sit-down experience that you pay for. But with the pandemic you would think they would be able to give you more sides as if you were sitting down. As always I still did enjoy my dinner.
I don’t really do reviews but i felt that this review was called for. Not good. Was in the area after taking a huge state exam from NJ and dropped by for dinner pick up. Food was cold, burger wasn’t even the correct burger. Not to mention it was just a burger slapped haphazardly on the bun. No lettuce no fixings. I had asked the girl from curb side she assured me it was correct. Milkshake was half full. What is going on? Live too far to come back to get the correct food. Absolutely disappointing. Will not come again nor recommend. I understand we’re in a pandemic however it was utterly unacceptable
Great service !
We have gone to this Red Robin for years. Post Covid, we've been using the online ordering and pickup. Earlier issues with the online system seem to have been fixed. The pickup food is hot and custom orders have been correct.
The food is always great. The service was excellent. A nice way to have dinner with family and friends.
