Today marked we took the braces off my 17 year old daughter, walked in office greeted by name and a smile. From day one we were treated not as patients but family. Offered a range of payment plans to pick which one worked best for my family, educated how to take care during, and post braces. Each appointment was made to fit my daughters school schedule. Dr Niland knows what he is doing. I took my older son to the one down the street. 5 years later it still isn't done so I took my second son to Dr Niland. There is a clear plan making the timeframe workable. Go with experience.
