My son is on the Autistic Spectrum and Sally Ann his dental hygienist is so patient, caring, and thorough that I feel her work alone is the reason I keep going back to SmileKrafters. She deserves 10 stars and more. She took the time to make sure he understood what she was doing step by step. This helped him feel comfortable and safe. Transitions are a challenge for him and she alleviated his anxiety by explaining every step of her work with him. Sally Ann's passion for her work inspired me to become more thoughtful and thorough in my career. So grateful for her work. Very polite and loving.

I went to SmileKrafters multiple times the last two weeks and each time was great. Jamie had done my cleaning and not only was she really nice she really knew what she was doing. She explained everything to me and was very helpful. I later that week had fillings done by Joie who was really awesome and so quick. I didn’t even feel the needle for the novocaine. I ended up then also having a wisdom tooth pulled within a week and was so shocked how quickly I was able to have all of this work done under one roof. By the end of the week I was feeling at home. Dr. Jackson was so quick and even though I’ve had teeth extracted before it has never done so smoothly. Definitely recommend SmileKrafters for all your needs. So easy and quick.nn* added bonus the oral surgeon team reached out to me after my procedure to check up on me and offer tips to help healing. Thanks Laura!

I was in the waiting room for an hour before I gave up and left. I had an emergency appointment so I understand some wait but I made the appointment 3 days ago. So it wasn't same day or anything. It was very busy, as apparently many people are scheduled at once. Creating a surprisingly long line at reception.nWhere several of the receptionists were in training. Again it's understandable they weren't proficient yet but the whole reception area was full of what looked like teenagers with no supervision at all. It was a very unprofessional atmosphere. The girl checking me in seemed to be brand new. Did not know how to do anything and kept asking the other receptionist for help. But the other receptionist was busy with the packed waiting room and long line I'd just been in so apparently she was on her own. She just sat there for a few minutes, playing with the swivel chair and talking to the other teenagers. The other girl told her to give me my paperwork to save time. But she didn't know where it was, told the girl that, was ignored, so she mumbled under her breath you give it to her and went back to playing with the swivel chair. Finally she went in the back to get help. Ten minutes or so later they finished and I sat down for another long wait before the other receptionist called me back, I'm not sure why. Went back to typing while I stood there wondering if I'd wandered into the twilight zone. Finally I realized an hour had passed and I was no closer to seeing a dentist then I'd been standing in line watching a bunch of teenagers and wondering what the dentists themselves we're like, if this is the initial impression they're ok with making. Now I'm home desperately trying to find a different dentist in a new city I'm unfamiliar with. Having wasted a whole day in pain from an infection I'll have even longer now.

I just got my wisdom teeth pulled this morning and I was pretty nervous about going under since I have never been and everyone was so sweet, the girl with the dermal (I don’t remember her name, I’m sorry!) was amazing and made me feel more comfortable when I first got there. Desiree held my hand and also made me feel very comfortable. Dr Jackson was great as well! Thank you all for making me feel so comfortable doing something I was so scared of!

Great experience! My daughter was super nervous and our dental hygienist, Sheri, calmed her and made her feel comfortable instantly! Sheri explained everything she was doing before she did it. She is soft spoken and friendly. Thank you for making her experience a positive one!
