Comfort Inn & Suites Albuquerque Downtown

Very nice and clean hotel. Very comfortable bed. Appreciate the breakfast provided but the food was warm but not hot as it should have been.

Stayed on 8/22/20. Found a gentleman's ID in my room from a previous stay, and there was dried urine on the toilet seat. The beds were comfy, and seemed clean, but when I brought the ID to the desk and the urine to the attention of the girl at the front desk, all she said was "Thank you, have a good day". No apology. No reassurance of cleanliness. Just a dismissal. If the bed wasn't so comfy I woulda given them 1 star for the lack of attention to cleanliness during a pandemic. I would appreciate the manager of the hotel reaching out to me, a Diamond Member with the chain.

Ok, but wished we had booked a different Choice Hotel. Room was not clean, the floor shook, and we were very concerned about our vehicle and contents due to the sketchy environment.

The room I got was completely updated and it was really clean but it had a smelly odor. The bed was nice and comfortable with multiple pillows. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Great housekeeping staff. Variety of breakfast options and decent coffee. Small fridge in room and little coffee maker which was good. Great location for visiting downtown or seeing other attractions, but the park nearby is full of homeless people so I wouldn't recommend walking around. Parking lot around the property felt safe, so no issues. Close to the freeway. This is a great option for staying short term but I wouldn't recommend this location if you're staying for more than a few days unless they offer rooms with a kitchenette, and living area. My room did not have these options. Overall opinion, great place to stay if you're passing through.
