This vet clinic took my very sick german shepherd in super quickly, treated her with care and compassion, and they were very knowledgeable and thorough explaining what they recommend, and what is best for Molly. She felt so much better immediately after her appointment, and hoping that the medication she was prescribed will help her heal faster.nnPrices are incredibly affordable, staff is super friendly, and all in all experience is definitely 10/10.nnAfter switching vets from Pleasant Valley to Abby, I can strongly say that it was the best decision I’ve made in a very long time. Requested medical records for my dog for a week and a half. They said they would send them. Called 4 times and was still waiting for them to send over the records. The new vet requested the records themselves because my dog had an appointment and nothing. Then they email the new vet a file that they couldn’t download. Made a total of 6 phone calls and still nothing.
First time there, absolutely loved the owner and her staff. Precious my little dog loves it too. When we park, she starts barking and scratching to get out of the car. We found a wonderful new vet.
We absolutely love Dr. Abby! She is so wonderful and caring to all of my pets. Her staff is also amazing. I have 4 dogs who see her and every singe one gets personalized attention. The dogs are never scared to go to the vet, they are actually excited, which is not something I’ve ever seen. Everyone takes their time to make sure each pet is happy and healthy
