Hartzell's is a great local pharmacy and I will continue using them over CVS or other big name stores as long as they are here to serve the public. My love for Hartzell's has only grown since I started using a CPAP with them. Ron Cherawaty is an absolute pleasure to work with; during the consultation he demonstrated his vast knowledge and experience with CPAP and made me feel completely comfortable with the equipment I was choosing. Ron has continued being awesome by helping me work through ordering issues and even getting me a much needed part when I accidentally broke it. Thanks for the great service Hartzell's!!!!

Years ago they had great customer service for medical supplies. Not anymore!. My husband and I both use cpap machines for sleep apnea. We are eligible for new nasal pillows every month per our insurance. When we call in for an order every month they constantly send them in late so we only receive the supplies we're eligible for every other month. They constantly have excuses- we called in late, didn't get the referral from the doctor, c. After trying for months and talkind to the owner on down, things never improved. We are transferring our business elsewhere. Do not recommend this place at all. If you need medical supplies, go elsewhere!!
There dirty sleep apnea machine put my husband in the hospital . Then they charged us another month use when we sent it back and they claimed it took 20 days to get. When I called today, the reason was, they didn't have our current insurance information. Funny thing. They could have asked, if that was true. Or why didn't they get it from the the Doctors office who ordered the machine. Who's not doing there job there. Well whoever it is thinks it's easier to push the responsibility on to the customer. I say, use Youngs medical. They don't steal from there customers.
