College of Western Idaho Bookstore

went to the bookstore on the second day of class before noon and they were already out of the access code I needed for my online course. Then they said they would have some more in by the end of the week. Great. First week of classes and I’m already behind on my course material. Would be beneficial if online courses had online access codes that don’t require you to go into the bookstore but rather purchase them online as an electronic access code.

I called today with questions on purchasing a laptop. JASON was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. I know this time of year must be extremely busy, and dealing with Covid isn’t making things easier. He was very helpful, and very kind. Bravo, Jason! Thank you for your excellent customer service!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, after being helped already I was then approached by another staff member that was helping out with curbside pickup. There wasn't much of a waiting time with this whole COVID-19 thing having an effect on schooling this year, besides that, the staff is very helpful ud83dudc4d.

Spent 30 minutes waiting to be serviced while I watched others show up after me and get immediate service. Only took around 10 ish minutes to get my books once some one was kind enough to finally come to my car. Thanks for the discrimination Cwi ud83dudc4f
