The staff at the pharmacy is always pleasant. I've been using this pharmacy for 19 years and have always been pleased. Never any issues.

Worst pharmacy! Especially that this is the only pharmacy my family can use. All 3 locations are terrible we have nothing but issues. I called to see when my husbands medication would be ready as we live 45 minute away, was told an hr. 2 hrs I later I come to pharmacy to get prescription to be told it would be 20-30 minutes “we’re really busy”. I completely get it but honestly I should have been told. Nothing but problems with getting prescriptions in a timely manor or you get attitude over the phone when checking.nSpoke with management about this issue at one of the locations and got no where.

If I could do 0 stars I would. My doctor left a message to fill a prescription and the pharmacy said they never received the message. Then one time I faxed over my prescription to be filled and received a confirmation that it was successfully sent and they didn’t have it. Another time I faxed over my script 2 hours in advance and they didn’t even begin to fill it and I had to wait 40 min for them to fill it!!

I will be coming here for prescription refills in the future. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the pharmacy is kept organized and clean. The pharmacists and technicians go above and beyond to help out where they can. Michelle, one of the staff I dealt with, was patient and compassionate for my issue. I explained my situation and she promptly got the issue with my prescription resolved.
