Curbside pickup of books ordered online is a wonderful convenience. I always pick out my books online and get a call when they are available for pickup. I could not find the book I wanted in the system, so I called and the librarian was able to extend her search into the cooperative and have the book sent to our library for me to borrow. How nice is that.
It's a small library, but it provides a good collection and services. The staff is great -- super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this library.
The staff is wonderful and for a small library the selection of books for checkout is extensive.
The library itself is decent, especially now with the inter-library loan program- I'm able to view books at different libraries and they deliver pretty quickly to the Whitehall location. The staff is awful though. They are not helpful at all- on multiple occasions, I've stood at the circulation desk waiting to be checked out and one librarian in particular just sits there reading her own book pretending not to see me. If I ask for help finding something, they respond as if it's a bother that I'm requesting assistance. Overall, manners are just lacking.
